Location selection
- Assessing the plot location, area, and legal status;

Documentation
- Developing the technical documentation at the TEO stage;
- Obtaining technical specification and permit to connect to the electric networks;
- Obtaining the requirements for town planning and on-land construction restrictions for the created Company;
- Obtaining all necessary permits for the construction of a biomethane plant (including a positive environmental impact assessment (EIA), construction examination, permits from the State Department of Labor and permit from the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine).
Planning
- Searching for and negotiating on the most relevant project technology;
- Formulating the tasks for joining the electric networks;
- Conducting analysis for the possibilities of heat usage;
- Researching the options for raw materials;
- Conducting technical audit including executing topographic and geodetic surveys and geological searches on the land plot, determining the construction area of the plot, developing the master plan for the construction and the technological scheme for the complex.
Implementation
- Selecting the necessary technological equipment;
- Supplying the equipment for the plant (delivering to the installation site, installing, commissioning, training of production personnel, putting the plant into industrial operation);
- Provision of preliminary conclusions and recommendations.
