Nataliia Katser-Buchkovska

Founder

Nataliia Katser-Buchkovska is a Ukrainian expert on energy and geopolitics with 17 years of professional experience in the fields of green transition, infrastructure, investments, and business development.

Today, Nataliia leads the Green Resilience Facility 4 Ukraine (GRF4UA) — a brand-new investment vehicle supporting technological energy business in Ukraine with environmental and social impact. Specifically, GRF4UA is providing support at various stages to projects related to green energy generation and storage, green electricity trading, green certificates and carbon credit trading, alternative fuels production and transportation, hydrogen production, logistics, port development for fuel storage and transportation, balancing market development, green and technological industrial parks development, carbon capture and more. Nataliia also developed the Ukrainian LNG/FSRU and Alternative Fuels Terminal Project, in partnership with the TIS Port, the country’s largest private infrastructural provider. In 2014-2019, she served as a Chairman of the Subcommittee on Sustainable Development in the Ukrainian Parliament.

Nataliia is one of the most well-known female analysts in Ukraine and an internationally-recognized author on geopolitics and energy security. She is also the Atlantic Council Millennium Fellow and a welcomed speaker at Bloomberg NEF, CWC World LNG Summit, the UN and WEF events.

Daniel Brotsman

Project Manager

London School of Economics graduate in International Relations. Currently working on developing capacity for green finance instruments in Ukraine, including carbon markets and blended finance vehicles. Former Parliamentary Assistant, with experience in a wide range of sectors including market research for technology companies, management and non-profit projects

Artem Abgaryan

Financial Analyst

Financial analyst with experience working at the Ernst & Young and the National Bank of Ukraine. Master of Science in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial College London and a BSc in Business with Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass). Currently, working on renewable energy project finance and investment structuring for biomethane projects and financial forecasts. Sucessfully, conducted modelling and due diligence for biomethane, solar, and wind projects, advising on $150M worth of deals

Sofiia Taran

Bioeconomy project manager

Master of Sciense in International Social and Public Policy from the London school of economics and political sciense with expertise in development policy and project management. Working closely on policy design and analysis frameworks for attracting green financial investments. With experience in political communications and public relations, currenly leading investor relations and project design
